The East Side Community Center is a non profit established in 2001 by a Newark native who wanted to promote the social welfare for all members for those within his local community. The greater good is only achieved by coming together in unison to create an organization of providing assistance those who need it most. We are in a position to make a real difference within our neighborhood.

Our objective is to improve the quality of life, health and well being of all members of the East Side Community Center. To do so, we offer daycare and after school care for working parents who are low to middle income; Teenage summer work bank which will provide jobs for teens within the community; and senior citizens services which will include exercise programs and transportation services.

We partnered with our sister non-profit organization Mantena Global Care, to provide the highest level of service and resources for our immediate community.
